I haven't tasted the burger here myself, but saw a long line in front of this place. You can see the burger being cooked live from the window, which is a fun experience, especially for kids. Stop by to check it out!
These burgers are one of the largest burgers I've ever eaten! Very flavorful burgers too and delicious. The space inside is very small, so not ideal to dine in. Yet I did dine in. It was fine. The service was great. The vibe awesome there. Awesome burgers
Best burger ever! Obviously fresh ground meat, perfectly seasoned. Delicious crinkle fries. Friendly , fast service. The fast service is as great as we had plenty of time to eat and catch the ferry. There are a few tables in the back, which you can't see from the front, so don't pass it by thinking it is just take out, as it may look from the front. Definitely check this out.
Great burgers & value, but cook needs to pay a little closer attention on how customers want their burger meat to be cooked, medium vs. well done. I still love this place!
I usually don't buy food from this place because it's so expensive, however their burgers are very big size so if you have a friend to share you will be ok. we ordered 3 burgers and 1 fries and it came to $60 something, crazy bay area price :(
Sometimes in life you just want a basic, simple burger. Nothing fancy, no truffles or fried eggs or psychotropic peppers, just some meat and maybe cheese on a bun. Well , This is the place for just that. Hamburgers on Bridgeway keeps it super simple. You order either a hamburger or a cheeseburger and the you pick from any (or all) of the several condiment choices on offer. That's it. Then you enjoy your damn fine burger. OK there are a couple of house special burgers like the Picante ( poblano peppers, salsa, avocado & cheese) and a Hawaiian ( pineapple and bacon?) and, oddly enough you can actually order a burrito! But, I digress. Otherwise the menu is quite small and specialized. The burgers are cooked on a rotating grill rather than a griddle so the have a more of a "beach bbq" flavor to them and the buns are locally sourced and quite soft and pillowy. One of the best things about these burgers really, is that they cooked them to mid-rare or close to it. None of this "cooking them to death" that almost everyone does these days. This kind of place is a vanishing style. Enjoy it while you still can :-)
Attention is very good, while the location is narrow with few seats and tables. If the party is greater than two I recommend taking the order carry out and seat in one of Sausalito amazing views of the SF bay and the Pacific Ocean. The hamburgers and fries were amazing, although I would use a softer bun.
